Things in Colima are good. It is a little city, like...carson ish maybe? im still a zone leader, there are 12 missionaries in the zone. Elder flores is from tlaxcala, we get along well, our teaching pool is non existant. Im kinda irritated because the elder that was here before me wanted to be assistant and was mad when elder velazquez got made assistant and not him, but he kinda has a big ego and wants everyone to think he is perfect, but he left and elder flores doesnt know anything, he would go have meetings with the bishop and leave elder flores outside because he was senior companion. which is super stupid and not allowed, and that he would takes naps every afternnoon for a few hours. the point is elder flores doesnt know anything about the plans with the ward or with the stake, and we have like 2 investigators. Elder Flores has 11 months on the mission and a lot of people in the zone dont think he should be zone leader which is really frustrating, but im gonna whip the zone into shape, it should be fun. I only got one package with socks and a tie. The best thing this week is that we found a kid that wants to reactivate and go on a mission, and he has been visiting with us, also, we have a family we are teaching where the parents are blind and so the dad goes with one of the daughters, who are both 9, and the dad goes with the other, there daughters are like there eyes, and they are so so so poor, they collect cardboard and sell it to live. i dont know who thinks its a good idea being blind marrying another blind person, especially in a place like mexico, but they are so happy and its great. Any news on andrew and optometry school? There is a volcano here in colima that explodes and blows smoke all the time, so that is actually really sweet.
