Elder velazquez is way cool, yesterday we went to another town to go to a meeting with the district president and all the branch president and told them they need to help the missionaries more, and then we were going to divisions with the assistants but they cancelled as we were getting on the bus so we were stuck 2 hours from home on a sunday night, so we stayed with the elders in santiago and in the morning we played baseball and it was so much fun, we didnt have a bat so we just threw it and then fielded it on imaginary runners and it was so much fun. I turned some decent double plays. This dude came up to us this week and asked if we could teach him, but he lives in the middle of nowhere so we walked all over town asking for him and then we finally found him and he told us his friend invited him to church 3 years ago but it wasnt his time, but he wants to raise his kids in a good environment, and we taught him and put a baptismal date and he came to church and it was super cool.

Things are good around here. transfers were yesterday but me and elder velazquez stayed the same and were going to ball it up this transfer. i cant wait. We have a lot of sweet stuff planned for the zone. today we spent like 800 pesos on groceries, which is like...40 dollars, but in mexico thats a ton, we bought for the whole month and were going to cook a lot. if you could send me the recipe of crepes you make in a pan that would be nice, and other recipes, because elder velazquez wants to make american food. Ummm, we had some fun contention with a JW this week, we are teaching her daughter and she likes that we come and teach her daughter because we tell her good stuff she should do, but whenever we say something she doesnt agree with she interrupts the lesson, we talked about blood infusions, and how they dont believe in prophets, and who is jehovah, and a ton of garbage. We had a really sweet night, so we went to see a reference and we found his house, but his dad told us he doesnt live there, and that he doesnt come around very much, so we were talking to the dad and the son shows up with his wife and we taught them both and all three accepted a baptismal date and they told us where there live, in the two story green house. Then we went and were looking for and old contact but she doesnt live there anymore so we were walking all over town to find her new house asking around and we contacted a ton of people, and in one contact one of the ladies told us she was busy and that we should keep walking, but the other lady said "wait i want to hear what they have to say" and she wants to listen to us, and she lives in front of the two story green house, and then we ended up finding the lady we were looking for all along, so that was sweet. Also, transfer day is exhausting, and we got up at 4 and we didnt have time to eat all day and we got home and were so tired and so hungry, and were planning a training we were going to teach and eating crappy mexican pizza and idk man, i just felt the spirit. being a missionary is neat. Best meal...we ate some cochinita pibil and some frijoles puercos, those were yummy, sister erica made it for us.

We are going to the temple because the family of the girl we baptized is getting sealed saturday, I baptized her this saturday, she is exactly like allie koenig, she is way cool. and her family is crazy. My money situation is good, i still have dollars that i havent changed, i am doing good on using just what the mission gives me. The christmas tree was 1000 pesos and we carried it like 15 blocks, it got heavy after a bit. This week we had some divisions, a baptism, did some sweet service trimming trees with machetes. and we helped a guy dig out his house to put a castillo. It was a super good week. Hope to hear from you next week. Me

I was not in my area at all this week. The missionaries are good. I got one package that had food, thanks a ton, but some other stupid elders lost my package. the have it but it is like on the other side of the misison so who knows when i will get it. i am pretty ticked that they have it actually. my companion needs  running shoes. i think like 9 1/2 is his size. I dont really need anything in specific i dont think, if you are going to send the boxing stuff i wouldnt complain if you sent me my old black hand wraps too. Most difficult thing this week was coordinate a zone activity, 2 sets of training to teach and coordinate interviews with president and then coordinate a multizone christmas party. I am learning how do do a lot of stuff and be in charge of a lot of people under pressure, so thats cool, but i think i piss people off because i am pretty direct, i dont have time to sugar coat things. The best thing was how the christmas decorations turned out. I love you. this was probably the longest week of my life, since last time i wrote i have slept in my house 1 time. On tuesday we went to guadalajara because wednesday we had a training with all the district and zone leaders, that was cool, i got to see my trainer and my son and we took a generation picture. thursday we had divisions in tepic, then friday i honestly dont even remember what we did. saturday we worked, sunday we went to tepic to give a training to half the zone and then monday we went to santiago ixcuintle to give the same training to the other half of the zone, then tuesday we went back to tepic for THE CHRISTMAS PARTY, ALL the misisonaries from the zone and also from vallarta came so that was cool, we ate good and did some fun stuff, we decorated really awesome, we found a box of christmas decorations in our house so we borrowed it from the owner and decorated. I bought a christmas tree on moms credit card for the party. sorry, but not really. Now we are in santiago on divisions but we are going home to tuxpan in a bit. Oh, friday we did a zone activity that was cool, we went and visited a ton of people and invited them to a representation of lehis dream and we explained it and it was way cool. Sunday on the bus me and my comp were planning what we were going to teach and we were on the same page for everything, the spirit was telling us both the same stuff, so that was cool, then m
y comp went to sleep and i was studying and out of nowhere on the bus with all teh chaos all around me i felt the spirit super strong and it was way cool. I also had an interview with president this week, that was neat. we talked about how we can only do our part and trust that God will do his part, because if we try to do Gods part we just get stressed because we cant do it. Thats pretty much my week.
